WASHINGTON, Feb. 18 (TNSFR) -- The Architectural and Transportation Barriers Compliance Board is initiating a rulemaking to establish accessible design standards for universal changing tables. This action follows the FAA Reauthorization Act of 2024, which requires medium and large hub airports seeking development grants to provide these facilities.
