Bowdoin College Tool Sway Facilitates Student Dialogue - Bowdoin Professor Promotes Healthy Disagreement Through AI Messaging Platform

WASHINGTON, Feb. 25 -- Dan Stone, associate professor of economics at Bowdoin College, is using an AI-powered messaging platform to help students engage in productive dialogue across ideological differences. The tool, called Sway, was developed by Carnegie Mellon University researchers to facilitate conversations between individuals with opposing viewpoints.
