Ginnie Mae's mortgage-backed securities (MBS) portfolio outstanding grew to $2.9 trillion as of January 2026. In addition, Ginnie Mae issued $52.1 billion in total MBS, resulting in net portfolio growth of $20.6 billion. Ginnie Mae facilitated the pooling and securitization of more than 57,000 loans . . .
