WASHINGTON, Feb. 12 -- The Federal Communications Commission has issued an "order to pay or to show cause" to CORE Communicators North LLC (Docket No. DA 26-140). This action initiates a proceeding to revoke the license for WIPK(FM) in Calhoun, Georgia, due to failure to pay delinquent regulatory fees and associated interest, administrative costs, and penalties.
