WASHINGTON, Jan. 7 (TNSLrpt) -- Gov. Kathy Hochul, D-New York, has unveiled the State Fiscal Year 2025 Clean Water Funding Report, detailing a historic $3.8 billion investment to modernize water systems and ensure affordable, safe drinking water across New York. The coordinated "whole-of-government" effort, led by the Environmental Facilities Corporation (EFC), represents one of the most comprehensive water infrastructure agendas in the nation.
