WASHINGTON, Dec. 31 -- The Senate Commerce, Science and Transportation Subcommittee on Aviation, Space and Innovation released the following testimony by Federal Aviation Administrator Bryan Bedford from a Dec. 17, 2025, hearing entitled "FAA's Plan for ATC Modernization: Evaluating Progress, Ensuring Accountability and Results."
