WASHINGTON, Dec. 9 -- NextEra Energy Resources LLC, Juno Beach, Florida, announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire Symmetry Energy Solutions, Houston, Texas, from Energy Capital Partners (ECP). The strategic transaction is anticipated to close in the first quarter of 2026, pending customary regulatory approvals, and is intended to significantly enhance NextEra Energy Resources' existing customer supply business.
