WASHINGTON, Dec. 5 -- The House Judiciary Committee issued the following information for a hearing entitled "Oversight of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act" at 9 a.m. on Dec. 11, 2025, at 2141 Rayburn House Office Building:

The hearing will examine the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and potential legislative reforms. The hearing will also examine FISA's role in national security and its constitutional and privacy implications.
