WASHINGTON, Dec. 3 -- Advanced Micro Devices (AMD), Santa Clara, California, announced an expansion of its partnership with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), Houston, Texas, to advance the development of the next generation of open and scalable rack-scale artificial intelligence (AI) infrastructure. HPE will be one of the first system providers to adopt the new AMD "Helios" rack-scale AI architecture, which integrates key compute technologies from AMD.
