SEC: CPA Anthony Viggiano Suspended After Guilty Plea to Insider Trading

WASHINGTON, Nov. 19 (TNSdok) -- The Securities and Exchange Commission has suspended Certified Public Accountant Anthony Viggiano from appearing or practicing before the agency as an accountant, following his guilty plea to one count of securities fraud. The suspension is effective immediately and stems from Viggiano's misconduct involving insider trading while he was employed at investment firms in New York City.
