WASHINGTON, Oct. 10 -- Sen. Ron Wyden, D-Oregon, ranking member of the Senate Finance Committee, released the following statement from an Oct. 8, 2025, executive session to consider the nominations of Jonathan Greenstein and Derek Theurer to be deputy under secretaries at the Treasury Department and Donald Korb to be chief counsel of the Internal Revenue Service:
