The Dispatch reported that Trump-endorsed Republican Larry Hogan, who was recruited to run for Senate by Republican Leader Mitch McConnell and promises to caucus with Republicans, is doubling down on his refusal to oppose judges who are hostile to abortion rights. In an interview, Hogan said he didn't "believe" in having tests for judges which would allow Mitch McConnell and his allies . . .
