Today, Congresswoman Nancy Mace (R-SC) announced the introduction of the Sue Victimizers and Offenders who Yield Explicit Unconsented Recordings Surreptitiously Act, also known as the Sue VOYEURS Act. This legislation aims to allow victims of video voyeurism to sue their offenders and prevent the unauthorized capture and sharing of intimate images and videos.
