CFTC Vacates Swap Execution Facility Registration of SwapEx

WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- The Commodity Futures Trading Commission issued the following news release on Sept. 29, 2023:

At the request of SwapEx LLC, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission today issued an order that vacates the registration of SwapEx as a swap execution facility (SEF) effective September 30.
