PHOENIX, Arizona, Sept. 30 -- The Arizona Department of Environmental Quality issued the following public notice:

On Sept. 29, 2023, the comment period begins for the proposal to renew an Arizona Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (AZPDES) permit for Global Water - Hassayampa Utility Company, Inc. for the Hassayampa Ranch Water Reclamation Facility located in Maricopa County, Arizona. The comment period ends Oct. 29, 2023.
