WASHINGTON, June 1 -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service issued the following news:
APHIS has drafted a pest risk assessment for the importation of fresh Hass avocado (Persea americana) for consumption from Kenya into the United States. The assessment describes potential pests associated with the commodity.
