SACRAMENTO, California, June 1 -- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers-Sacramento District issued the following news release:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Sacramento District and the San Joaquin Area Flood Control Agency have released a draft Supplemental Environmental Assessment (SEA) and a draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (SEIR), respectively, for the Lower San Joaquin River Project, Reach 30L of Tenmile Slough (TS30L).
