This week, the NOTAM Improvement Act, legislation introduced by U.S. Senators Shelley Moore Capito (R-W.Va.), Amy Klobuchar (D-Minn.), and Jerry Moran (R-Kan.), passed the Senate Commerce, Science, and Transportation Committee.
