DGA: Every State, Every Vote Responds to Secretary of Commerce Announcing Census Count Will End Early Despite Federal Judge's Ruling

WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 -- The Democratic Governors Association issued the following news on Sept. 29:

Today, U.S. Secretary of Commerce Wilbur Ross announced the Census Bureau will end its targeted efforts to count Americans for the decennial Census on October 5, despite a federal court ruling last week that the Trump administration could not end the Census count a month early.

The U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California issued a preliminary injunction . . .
