WASHINGTON, July 3 -- The Federal Communications Commission's Enforcement Bureau issued the following public notice:
Pursuant to Section 76.77 of the Commission's rules, 47 CFR Sec. 76.77, by September 30 of each year multichannel video program distributors (MVPDs) must file with the Commission an FCC Form 396-C, MultiChannel Video Programming Distributor EEO Program Annual Report, for employment units with six or more full-time employees.
