The Federal Election Commission cited three campaign committees for failing to file 12-Day Pre-Election Reports required by the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, as amended (the Act), for the Libertarian Party Convention being held on July 6, 2020 in Oregon and primary elections being held on July 7, 2020 in New Jersey.
