ATLANTA, Georgia, Feb. 21 -- The American Civil Liberties Union of Georgia issued the following news release:
The American Civil Liberties Union, the ACLU of Georgia, the Center for Reproductive Rights, and Planned Parenthood filed a motion for summary judgment in their lawsuit challenging Georgia's abortion ban, SisterSong v. Kemp. The motion asks the court to block the ban permanently from taking effect.
