WASHINGTON, Dec. 13 -- The Federal Trade Commission issued the following news release:
Following a public comment period, the Federal Trade Commission has approved a final order settling charges that NEXUS Gas Transmission, LLC's acquisition (https://www.ftc.gov/system/files/documents/cases/191_0068_c-4691_dte-enbridge_decision_and_order_public_version.pdf) of Generation Pipeline LLC would likely harm competition to provide natural gas pipeline transportation in a three-county area. . . .
