WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has decided not to review an administrative law judge's order allowing the Ergo Baby Carrier Inc., Los Angeles, California, to amend its complaint and add a Chinese manufacturer to an investigation into adjustable child carriers and components.
