WASHINGTON, Oct. 28 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has scheduled the final phase of antidumping and countervailing duty investigations into large diameter graphite electrodes from China and India, following preliminary affirmative determinations by the U.S. Department of Commerce that imports are subsidized and sold in the U.S. market at less than fair value.
