WASHINGTON, Oct. 14 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has invited public comments on potential public interest issues raised by a complaint alleging that imported spectral flow cytometry systems and components infringe U.S. law.
The complaint was filed October 8, 2026, by Cytek Biosciences, Inc. under Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930. It names Beckman Coulter, Inc., of Brea, California, and Beckman Coulter Biotechnology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., of China, as respondents.< . . .
