WASHINGTON, Oct. 3 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has instituted preliminary antidumping and countervailing duty investigations into imports of railway tank cars and parts from Mexico following a petition from UTLX Manufacturing LLC, Alexandria, Louisiana.
