HARRISBURG, Sept. 30 - Nursing mothers visiting the Pennsylvania State Capitol Complex can now breastfeed or pump in a clean, safe, and accessible nursing station, thanks to the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, the PA Department of General Services, and the Shapiro Administration.
