WASHINGTON, Sept. 30 (TNSLrpt) -- The American Enterprise Institute issued 'Higher Standards, Higher Completion Rates: How Standardized Test Scores Predict College Success,' authored by Preston Cooper, finding that colleges whose entering students have higher SAT or ACT scores tend to post stronger six-year completion rates.
