Last Friday in Louisville, the eyes of fifth graders from Luhr Elementary lit up when I mentioned pawpaw ice cream. We had gathered at Sam Swope JA BizTown(r) to cut the ribbon on Kentucky State University's new Urban Ag Discovery Center.
