WASHINGTON, Sept. 25 -- The White House Office of Management and Budget issued the following statement of administration policy on Sept. 24, 2026, on a House resolution (H.Con.Res. 89) that directs the President to remove U.S. armed forces from hostilities with Iran, which was introduced by Rep.
