WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has decided to review part of a final initial determination finding a section 337 violation involving glass substrates for liquid crystal displays, products containing them and related manufacturing methods.
The Commission also requested written submissions on issues under review and on potential remedy, public interest and bonding in Investigation No. 337-TA-1433.
