WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 (TNSFR) -- The Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, Richmond, intends to repatriate a pair of beaded moccasins to the Southern Ute Indian Tribe of the Southern Ute Reservation.
The 19th-century moccasins are an object of cultural patrimony and are culturally affiliated with a Ute Tribe.
