WASHINGTON, Sept. 24 -- The White House issued the following text of an agreement between President Trump, Denmark and Greenland to expand U.S. military presence in the Arctic, modernizing key bases, establishing new defense areas and barring non-NATO powers from installing military bases or holding foreign direct investment in critical infrastructure:
