WASHINGTON, Sept. 23 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Defense has published Federal Register notices detailing proposed defense sales and capability upgrades for Norway, Italy and France, with the transactions covering helicopters, precision-guided rockets and support services for unmanned aircraft. The notices, issued by the Defense Security Cooperation Agency, were published as part of the congressional notification process required under the Arms Export Control Act.
