UBS Reaches Agreement in Legacy Dutch Credit Suisse Case

UBS Group AG has reached an agreement with the Dutch Public Prosecution Service to resolve a legacy matter in relation to an investigation against former Credit Suisse AG into alleged criminal liability related to inaccurate tax returns by 12 former Dutch clients during the period from 2005 to 2015.
