WASHINGTON - Today, Senators Bernie Moreno and Jon Husted (R-Ohio) introduced the Red Light Act to prohibit illegal aliens from obtaining "drive-only" licenses by withholding federal funds from states who issue them to those who cannot provide proof of citizenship.
