WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has approved applications from universities, national laboratories and research organizations seeking duty-free entry of scientific instruments after finding that no instruments of equivalent scientific value were being manufactured in the U.S. for the intended uses when the equipment was ordered.
