WASHINGTON, Sept. 16 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve Indiana's Coal Combustion Residuals (CCR) partial permit program under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
