ITA Sets Preliminary Subsidy Rates in Glycine From India Review

WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has preliminarily determined that countervailable subsidies were provided to producers and exporters of glycine from India in a countervailing duty administrative review covering the 2024 calendar year.
