WASHINGTON, Sept. 14 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration has initiated countervailing duty investigations into imports of linear hydraulic cylinders and parts from China, India and Mexico following petitions filed by U.S. hydraulic-cylinder producers.
