WASHINGTON, Sept. 9 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has decided to review portions of a final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in an investigation involving glow fish tape systems, safety helmet systems and components.

The Commission is also seeking written submissions addressing the issues under review, potential remedies, bonding requirements and the public interest.
