WASHINGTON, Sept. 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission has declined to review an administrative law judge's decision adding AnaBio Technologies Unlimited Co. of Dublin, Ireland, to an investigation involving coated confectionery products and components.
The Commission's Investigation No. 337-TA-1501 concerns allegations by Promotion in Motion, Inc. of Park Ridge, New Jersey, that imported products infringe claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 9,750,267 and 11,317,640 . . .
