WASHINGTON, Sept. 4 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Commerce International Trade Administration said it received three scope ruling applications in July 2026 seeking determinations on whether specified products fall within the scope of antidumping duty (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) orders.
