WASHINGTON, Sept. 4 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has voted to review part of a final initial determination finding a violation of Section 337 involving certain mobile electronic devices in an investigation brought by Maxell Ltd., Woodland Park, New Jersey, against Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., Suwon, South Korea, and Samsung Electronics America Inc., Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey.
