WASHINGTON, Sept. 1 (TNSFR) -- The International Trade Commission has instituted a Section 337 investigation into Apple Inc., Cupertino, California, over allegations that mobile wireless devices infringe a U.S. patent covering automatic contact-information exchanges between nearby devices.
