Water shortages in Puerto Rico: U-M experts available to discuss

The U.S. has officially declared a drought disaster for parts of Puerto Rico, where more than 180,000 residents have been rationing water since Aug. 7 due to draught and infrastructure problems. University of Michigan experts are available to discuss a variety of issues related to this crisis.
