On March 4, 2026, the Commission of the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued an order in the above-captioned docket providing notice of the receipt of an application from Global Laser Enrichment, LLC (GLE) for a license to possess and use special nuclear material for the purpose of constructing and operating a uranium enrichment facility . . .
