WASHINGTON, Aug. 28 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve the negative declaration submitted by the Allegheny County Health Department (ACHD) on March 25, 2026. The negative declaration submitted by ACHD certifies that there are no existing large municipal waste combustors (LMWC) subject to the Clean Air Act (CAA) requirements within the jurisdiction of Allegheny County.
