WASHINGTON, Aug. 18 (TNSFR) -- The U.S. Department of Agriculture Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service is seeking public comment on a Pioneer Hi-Bred International Inc., Johnston, Iowa, petition for nonregulated status for the genetically engineered COR-23134-4 soybean.
The soybean, also identified as COR23134, was developed to express Cry1B.34.1, Cry1B.61.1 and IPD083Cb proteins to protect against susceptible lepidopteran pests. It also contains GM-HRA as a selectable marker. . . .
